Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

Once the request is verified, we will offer a replacement product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, LyubNova will arrange the return pickup or provide instructions for returning the product at no cost to the customer.

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• The product has been used or opened
• The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product was purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect customer privacy. No product details will appear on the outer package.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact the customer to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
